In a moment that would forever change the lives of those who loved him, he lost control of his motorcycle while navigating a curve. The bike left the roadway and struck a metal bench at the T-Line bus stop near Elm Street.

Despite being rushed to CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital, Russell succumbed to his injuries. His passing leaves behind a profound void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew him.
