According to the South Holland Police Department, officers were dispatched to the intersection of 159th Street and Van Drunen Road at approximately 11:09 p.m. after an iPhone crash detection alert was received. Upon arrival, they discovered an ATV that had struck a concrete parking barrier. Terrell was found unconscious with severe injuries and was transported to Ingalls Memorial Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Authorities confirmed that no other vehicles were involved in the crash, and that there were no eyewitnesses to the incident.
