With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Cody Lynn “Morris” Quinonez, who departed this life on June 7, 2025, in Plano, Texas. A beacon of love, resilience, and kindness, Cody touched the lives of all who had the honor of knowing them. Their passing has left a void that words can scarcely begin to fill.

Born with a warm and compassionate spirit, Cody was known for their boundless love for family and their unwavering devotion as a parent. Their life revolved around those they cherished most — especially their beloved children, Taylor Valdez and Julian Quinonez. Whether it was cheering from the sidelines, helping with homework, or simply being a nurturing presence, Cody’s role as a parent was lived with immense pride and wholehearted dedication.

Cody is deeply mourned by their mother, Yvonne Arizmendi, and their loving husband, Jesus Quinonez, whose lives were forever enriched by Cody’s presence. In addition to their immediate family, Cody leaves behind numerous siblings, extended family members, and dear friends, all of whom will miss their infectious laughter, thoughtful advice, and the warmth of their embrace.
