The driver of the gray Toyota Camry, a 23-year-old male, was found outside his vehicle with minor injuries. He was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment and is expected to recover. Tragically, Martin Ramirez, who was driving the blue 2015 Toyota Camry, was found unresponsive in the driver’s seat. Despite the immediate efforts of emergency personnel, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
