With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we remember and honor the life of Chablaoui Khalid, a 42-year-old man from Rising Sun, Maryland, whose life was tragically cut short on the night of April 12. His passing has left an irreplaceable void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.

At the intersection of U.S. Route 1 and Mount Street in Cecil County, Chablaoui’s life was taken far too soon following a devastating collision.
